1. Returns
1.1 Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
1.2 Return Process To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at returns@technospace.co.za to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of your purchase receipt or order confirmation inside. Ship the product back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive the returned product and verify its eligibility, we will process your refund or replacement.
2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds for eligible returns, minus any applicable restocking fees or return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.2 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15. If your refund is rejected, we will provide an explanation for the decision.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products. To request an exchange, please follow the return process outlined in Section 1 and specify that you are requesting an exchange.
4. Warranty
Some of our products may come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product documentation or manufacturer's website for warranty details. We are not responsible for products that are beyond their warranty period.
